LDC Representatives

LDC Representatives are required to pre-book their train travel on account via appointed travel team Ian Allan Travel.
As standard LDC Representatives can book one-night single occupancy B&B on account. This must be arranged via our accommodation agency MICE Concierge.
Reimbursement for taxis or flights can be claimed from the LDC Conference Treasurer after the event. Expense claims (with receipts) must be submitted within 28 days of the event.

LDC Observers and accompanying partners

Those attending as an LDC Observer are not permitted to claim expenses for the event from the LDC Conference Fund and as a result should book their own travel independently.

LDC Observers are encouraged to book bedrooms via our accommodation agency MICE Concierge in order to access the preferential rates we have agreed with the headquarters hotel.

GDPC members

GDPC members attending will have their travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses funded by the BDA.

GDPC members should make their own travel arrangements and seek reimbursement from the BDA after the event by submitting a GDPC Member expense claim form with receipts within 28 days of the event.

A reminder of the BDA Expense claim policy can be located on the BDA website.
