Accommodation arrangements
We have allocations of bedrooms available at nearby hotels (all within walking distance of the event) and reservations are being managed by our appointed accommodation agent MICE Concierge.
You will be prompted to book accommodation online as part of the event registration process.
When booking your accommodation, it is very important to indicate what ‘type’ of attendee you are:
- LDC Representative
- LDC Observer
- GDPC member
- Other
Why? This ensures we can apply accommodation costs to the correct funding body.
Room charges for:
- LDC Representatives are billed to the LDC Conference Fund
- GDPC members are billed to the BDA
- Observers are liable for their own hotel charges.
A credit card number is required to make your reservation but will only be charged in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation.
Additional nights and double occupancy upgrades can be booked and the additional costs involved must be settled by individuals on check-out.

Hotel booking deadline
Accommodation will be assigned from our rooming blocks on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please note the release date for all un-allocated bedrooms is Tuesday 11 April so please ensure you reserve your room before this date to guarantee availability and discounted rates.Please note that LDC Observers may also use the MICE Concierge to book their accommodation but must settle the full cost of their accommodation plus any extras on their departure from the hotel.
