Every year at conference Nominations are taken for the following positions;

• Election of conference Chair (Candidates can make 2 minute election address to Conference prior to the vote)
• Election of members to GDPC
• Honorary Treasurer of Conference
• One Representative to the Board of Managers of the British Dental Guild
• Two Honorary Auditors to the Conference
• One representative to the Conference Agenda Committee (who are not members of the GDPC at the time of election)
